Glossary





Assembled: When pieces of something are put together.
Attachment: Is a file that Is sent along with an email.
Beginning: of a letter Is the start that addresses the recipient.
Catalogue: Is a magazine with photos and descriptions of products for sale.
Closing remarks: Are the part of a letter that comes just before the ending.
Courtesy: is the act of showing kindness and consideration.
Customer service: Is the act of providing customers of a store with assistance.
Direct sales: Is a simple picture that helps you understand a process or change.
Launched: when a company begins to sell It.
Refund: Is money that Is returned to a buyer because he or she no longer wants the product
Replacement: Is someone or something that takes the place of another.
Retailer: Sells products to consumers, usually through a store or web site.
Salutation: Is a phrase used to being a letter.
Sender: the person who writes and mails the letter.
Warranty: Is the promise from a company to repair or replace an Item.
Wholesale: It Is sold In large quantities at a lower price that It would be sold Individually in stores.
